Welcome to The RV Park on Lake Livingston. We are a lakefront RV park nestled in Coldspring, Texas. Our location places you just minutes away from the city of Cleveland, Porter, Kingwood, Conroe, and Houston. Whether you are looking for a short escape or an extended stay, our park is designed to cater to all your needs. Our park is approximately 5.4 acres and situated on a picturesque peninsula that lies directly across from Wolf Creek Park. In addition, we have complimentary WiFi.

Each site is fully equipped with essential amenities, including water, sewer, and 30/50 amp hookups. Our spacious sites can accommodate a variety of RV types, such as bumper pulls, 5th wheelers, tiny homes, and motorhomes up to 45 feet in length. Each site also offers the convenience of two front parking spots, ensuring ample space for your vehicles.

We warmly welcome all visitors, whether you are planning a short stay or an extended vacation. Our flexible rental options cater to daily rentals as well as long-term stays, allowing you to choose the duration that best suits your needs. During your stay, you are invited to take full advantage of our beautiful boathouse and fishing pier. The boathouse provides a convenient launching point for boating and sailing adventures, while our fishing pier is the perfect spot for casting a line and enjoying a peaceful day by the water.

Our lakefront sites

Our lakefront sites are a true highlight, offering breathtaking views and a range of additional features. Each lakefront site includes a picnic table, fire pit, and BBQ pit, creating the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings, family cookouts, or simply relaxing by the water.
